| Many articles are being written on the "health" aspects of drinking green tea. The results of these studies are proving that green tea is 20 times more efficient in slowing down the aging process than taking vitamin E; works as an anti-carcinogen; is a good source of zinc for pregnant women; helps in the prevention of tooth decay and that an enzyme in green tea combats the causes of high blood pressure. Green teas are also lower in caffeine (20mg per cup) than black tea (80-120mg per cup). Green tea produces a yellowish-green brew, and when brewed properly, is milder tasting than black teas.
